Teatro ZinZanni Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, Teatro ZinZanni performances will be cancelled if driving conditions are deemed perilous by the Washington Department of Transportation. Otherwise, performances will continue on schedule. If a performance is cancelled, Teatro ZinZanni will make every effort to contact all ticket holders by email no later than noon of the scheduled day.
If Teatro ZinZanni cancels a performance, ticket refunds or exchanges will be offered. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded. Exchanges will be granted for the closest amount of your original reservation, rounding down when an exact match is not available. A ticket voucher will be issued to the billing address you provided when you made your reservation, unless otherwise specified. The ticket voucher will have redemption instructions printed on it. Ticket vouchers expire six months after the cancelled date.
If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather and Teatro ZinZanni has not canceled the performance, you are welcome to request a stand-by exchange. You must notify the Box Office in advance of your current reservation in order to be granted a stand-by exchange. We will not be able to accommodate your request if you contact us after your reservation has passed.
A stand-by exchange consists of calling the Box Office at 206-802-0015 no sooner than the day before the performance you wish to attend. The Box Office opens at 12:00 noon Tuesday through Saturday. If we are certain that the performance will not be sold out, we will gladly issue you complimentary tickets up to the amount of tickets in your original reservation. Please be ready to provide your original order number when you call the box office to reschedule. We will not be able to verify your eligibility without the original order number and will not be able to process the stand-by exchange without it.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- Stand-by exchanges are issued as complimentary reservations in our General Admission seating section only and are not a dollar-for-dollar exchange.
- Stand-by exchanges do not guarantee seats or days of the week comparable to those originally purchased.
- Stand-by exchanges can only be redeemed up to three months after the original performance date.
- Upgrade fees may apply if your new tickets are of a higher value than those originally purchased.
