The Teatro ZinZanni Box Office is open at our new site, 222 Mercer Street at 3rd Avenue North, near Seattle Center.

Monday, closed
Tuesday-Saturday, Noon to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, Noon to 6:00 p.m.
(For Sunday brunch performances, the Box Office will open at 10:30 a.m. - lobby opens at 11:00 a.m.)

Teatro ZinZanni Gift Cards are available for purchase online or by calling or visiting our Box Office.
Gift Cards may be redeemed by calling or visiting our Box Office.

Additional Information
Are there any other costs associated with seeing the show?
The ticket price does not include beverages. Additionally a $10 per guest dining room service charge will be applied to your beverage bill at the end of the evening (the restaurant staff receives $6 for service of the five-course dinner) and a $7 per guest dining room service charge will be applied to your beverage bill at the end of the Teatro ZinZanni Brunch performances. Gratuity for your beverage service is greatly appreciated.
Do I need to make reservations? How far in advance?
Reservations are not required but are highly recommended. For weekday performances, you should typically purchase one week in advance. For weekend performances, two weeks in advance is advisable. Premium Floor and Inner Ring Seating may sell out anywhere up to one month in advance. Check with Box Office for last-minute availability. Tickets can usually be purchased up to 6 weeks in advance.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Parties of 11 or fewer may exchange their tickets to another date with a minimum of 3-days notice and a $10 per person exchange fee. Please call the box office at 206-802-0015 to request an exchange.
Can I buy a ticket without dinner?
No. The five-course dinner is an integral part of the experience.
What if the show is cancelled or I am unable to attend due to bad weather?

Gift Cards
Teatro ZinZanni gift cards, good for any performance on a space available basis, are available for purchase from the Box Office at 206.802.0015 or online via our gift cards page. ZinZanni gift cards, available in any amount, are not date specific and let the receiver select the date that works best for their schedule. Please contact the Box Office for details.
