Two winners will be selected to receive a night at the Inn at the Market on February 27 and two tickets each to the Sunday, February 28 brunch performance of License to Kiss in Teatro ZinZanni's spiegeltent on Mercer Street with a photograph of you and your guest taken at your table.

PRIZE WINNER receives a night at the Inn at the Market on February 27 and two tickets each to Sunday, February 28, 2010 brunch performance of License to Kiss in our venue on Mercer Street. Artists, times and event details are all subject to change based on the production needs and artist schedules. Prize Winners of the "Seattle Times Contest" will be selected by random drawing.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, all contestants must meet the following requirements: 1) Contest entry is limited to Washington state residents. 2) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on or before January 15, 2010 ; 3) must agree to comply with additional terms and conditions of the OFFICIAL RULES, and complete an affidavit upon notice of prize, and 4) employees of Teatro ZinZanni ("Sponsor"), and other participating sponsors, or entities including advertising agencies, affiliates or subsidiaries, and the immediate family members or persons domiciled with any such employee are prohibiting from prize winner selection.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Event subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Seattle Times Contest Official Rules

  1. To enter, visit dreams.zinzanni.org/contest.htm and fill out required form fields. The form will be available on January 15, 2010 until February 12, 2010 Pacific Time. One entry per person. All entries must be received by February 12, 2010 to be eligible. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are lost, late, stolen, damaged, destroyed, forged, tampered with, mutilated, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
  2. All information submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor. Fraudulent entries will not be accepted and are subject to prosecution. Chances of winning are dependant on the number of entries received.
  3. By entering, each participant confirms having read these Official Rules and agrees that s/he understands and will comply with them. To the extent permitted by law, participation also constitutes consent, without further compensation or approval, to the use of participant's name, likeness and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor or its designee(s), whether or not in connection with the event. The event is operated by Teatro ZinZanni, which is solely responsible for its conduct, completion and awarding of prizes. All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this event are final. The winner, by acceptance of a Prize, agrees to release Sponsor and all prize providers from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, disability, attorneys' fees, costs of litigation and settlement as well as damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, redemption or use of the Prize or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a Prize.
  4. Sponsor has not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.
  5. Sponsor shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prizes or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control.
  6. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, address, photograph, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes without compensation to the winner to the extent permitted by law.

Seattle Times Contest Prizes

  1. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes, fees, insurance and other costs, expenses and service charges associated with the prize unless expressly included. This prize DOES NOT INCLUDE any associated award of costs for travel, accommodations, or related expenses EXCEPT as specifically identified in the prize description. Winners must complete, sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release ("Affidavit and Release") within five (5) days of receiving notification. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable or exchangeable. Prize description is as follows: one night stay at the Inn at the Market (two guests -all incidentals excluded; room charges only) February 27 and two tickets each to the Sunday, February 28, 2010 performance of License to Kiss in our venue on Mercer Street.
  2. If a potential Prize Winner is unavailable to attend the event on the date specified in the notification materials, prize will be forfeited. In the case of a declined or forfeited prize, Sponsor shall have the right but not the obligation to select an alternate potential winner provided sufficient time exists to confirm and verify alternate potential winner to be completed by February 15, 2010.
  3. Winners will be selected by means of a random drawing to be held on or about February 15, 2010. One (1) prize winner will be selected. Entrants need not be present at drawing. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone on or about February 15, 2010. Winners will be required to sign and return an "Affidavit of Eligibility and Release", a copy of which will be included in the material provided with notification of being selected a winner. If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of notification or otherwise does not comply with these OFFICIAL RULES, that person will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize.
